What are some good places to visit in santo domingo, dominican republic?
I’m doing a report on santo domingo and I need some places to visit. As well as some good restaurants and hotels. thanks
Depending on where you stay, the recommended hotel is a really nice one, is in the Zona Colonial are and you will be surrounded by the historical Santo Domingo. The Vesuvio is a good restaurant, Pata de Palo (in Plaza España) is great. If you want some traditional food the best place would be Adrians Tropical (El malecon) they have a patio where you sit on top of the ocean, it is nice!. Nice Hotels are Melia, Jaragua, V Centenario (they`re all ocean front). Go to the east part of the island to visit the beach, Juan Dolio, Playa Caribe, Bavaro, Punta Cana. If you wanna go North you have t ogo to Puerto Plata, Cabarete, Sosua and you need to eat in a restaurant called Cafeto (in the patio with a view of a Valley). You`ll love DR
