care packages (what ships well?) ive never sent one before?

i want recipes that can last a few days in a box as well as some little things for christmas, hes in hawaii and im in florida and so he has room for a lil tree that hes getting i was thinking some ornaments or something..i have no clue. i was thinking a letter, and he also has 1 roommate that i want to include. 10 pts best answer thank you in advance btw hes 20 if it helps and in the navy

well as shipping i reccomend the post offices One rate boxes. They arent’ as expensive as some other shipping options and they get there within 3-5 days so any food you send will not have gone bad really.
Um shortbread holds up and will not go stale (there is a likelyhood of it getting crumbly tho) gingerbread, rice krispy treats, fudge, or homemade candies are holiday things that hold up well. i think things that are homey are usually welcome by the guys. If he is from florida (idk if he’s from the same place as you) a local newspaper is allways awesome.
