Common Magic Beliefs Applied to Foreclosure Auction Sales
Some of the most numerous surviving magic spells in the last few centuries revolve around buying and selling homes. Magical beliefs are well known to those wishing to fall in love or cure a disease, but there are also many people who still believe in magical spells which help in buying a home, whether it be through foreclosure auction sale or regular market sale. Most people today look at these magical theories as simple fun, but others may try to reconcile the magical spells in with long standing religious or personal beliefs and really take them to heart.
The Magic of St. Joseph
If you are desperate to get out of a foreclosure auction sale, the most effective way is to find someone to buy the home before it forecloses. This is preferable to going through with foreclosure when there are limited options available to save your home, or if you know you can’t afford to pay for the home in the future. If you are desperate to find the perfect buyer before it is too late, you may consider that some people believe burying a small statue of the Catholic saint of home life (St. Joseph) facing head down somewhere near the home will bring buyers in quickly.
It is believed that St. Joseph will go to work finding you a buyer if you just pray to him, anoint him with oil, or perhaps slide some money to charity. If you really want St. Joseph to help save you from foreclosure auction sale you must be sincere while going through this magical ritual. No one can completely do the work for you, not even a saint.
How to Use Sigils
When you are placing a bid on a foreclosure auction sale you are of course wanting to win the property. It is believed that something called sigils could guarantee an outcome in your favor. These can be used for anything you may desire in this lifetime. They are the magical version of lucky charms or rabbit foots.
You essentially are seen as the source of electricity flowing into the sigil since you must make it yourself. It also keeps you from going crazy waiting for the day of the government foreclosure auction.
Sigils for a particular foreclosure auction sale home can be made by making a symbol for the home. How this symbol is designed or what it is created out of really doesn’t matter. If you have colored pencils or markers and some sort of paper you have all you need. Keep the sigil with your materials on the foreclosure auction sale and then take it with you when you make the bid. If you call in your bid, then keep it in hand while doing that.
