Concho Belt
Where can I find a reasonably priced Jim Morrison concho belt?
What I’ve seen, they are several hundred dollars. eBay hasn’t helped so far, and I want to find one because I would love to own one. Knockoffs are ok, as long as they are not expensive.
How much are you willing to spend? Since I do not know of your budget I will try to have a variety of things so you can choose the best one. Basically, Jim’s belt was pretty simple. I suppose it was the basic style of a concho belt with a dark brown or black leather as the belt part. There was not a lot of turquoise or any other stone on his belt, it may have been plain. If it was not plain, it had subtle onyx detailing.

The problem is most concho belts that look like his are very expensive because of the quality of the materials and design. It sounds stupid, but sometimes you have to pay more for a good or “expensive” looking design. I hope these few suggestions I included will be of help to you. You may want to consider weaving leather between the links for the first ones. If done right it should not cost that much and look pretty good.
