Elite Street: Billy Corgan cuts price on Gold Coast condo to $2.85M
Rocker Billy Corgan on Wednesday cut the asking price of his luxury Gold Coast condominium unit by nearly 20 percent, dropping his listing price from $3.55 million to $2.85 million.
